Abstract

The article describes foreign experience in the formation and development of family businesses in the example of Germany, Holland, Italy, Finland, USA, France and India, as well as it’s grouped existing types of family business management in different countries of the world, and provides scientific recommendations on the effective organization and management of the activities of the family business.
