Abstract

This research study examines the scientific and theoretical foundations of innovative entrepreneurship in private higher education institutions. It extensively covers the characteristics and models of the activities of modern higher education institutions, the theoretical, methodological and scientific support of the concept of innovative-entrepreneurial universities, the main scientific approaches to interpreting the concepts of "commercialisation" and "transfer" about knowledge and technology, and foreign experience in improving the methodology for organising venture funds in the development of entrepreneurial activities of private higher education institutions based on the development of innovative-entrepreneurial universities.
